Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms regarding billing, subscription pass cancellations, and refund eligibility for digital invitation templates and services purchased on Digivite.in. As an Indian digital platform, we operate in full compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. Pricing Transparency & Validity

All fees are transparently listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes:

Beta Tester Pass

₹0 / 100% Free

90 days of complete unrestricted access to all templates and features.

Single Template Access

Starts from ₹99 (Standard: ₹199)

120 days of single-event hosting for 1 active invitation.

Pro Pass (All-Access)

₹699 (Original: ₹999)

120 days of unlimited invitation creation across all templates.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Digivite passes operate as one-time fixed-duration purchases (120 days for Pro Pass / Single Access; 90 days for Beta Pass) and do not initiate automatic recurring debits against your bank account or UPI mandate without explicit consent. If you choose not to renew your pass, your access simply expires at the end of the validity window. Active invitations remain published until expiry.

4. Refund Eligibility Criteria

A. Pro Pass (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial Pro Pass purchases, subject to the following fair-usage conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the payment timestamp.
  • No more than one (1) draft invitation has been created, and no digital invitations have been publicly shared or distributed to guests.

B. Single Template Purchases

Due to the nature of instant digital delivery and template customization, single template access purchases are non-refundable once accessed or customized. We encourage all hosts to preview interactive demos in our template gallery before completing payment.

C. Refund Processing & Indian Banking Timelines

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original source account (UPI ID, Netbanking account, Credit/Debit card). In accordance with standard banking settlement cycles in India (NPCI / RBI guidelines), refunds take between 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account statement.
