This page describes how Digivite.in respects and implements user privacy rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India. Digivite serves as a Data Fiduciary for registered hosts and affiliates, while operating as a Data Processor for guest invitations and attendance databases.

2. Data Principal Rights under DPDP Act, 2023

In accordance with the DPDP Act, Indian residents (Data Principals) possess the following statutory rights:

• Right to Access Summary: Request an itemized summary of personal data collected, processing activities, and authorized third parties.
• Right to Correction & Updation: Request correction of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete profile details.
• Right to Erasure: Request the deletion of personal data when no longer needed for invitation processing or upon consent withdrawal. Immediate self-service deletion is available via our Account Deletion Page.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: Submit grievances directly to our designated Grievance Officer. If unresolved, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
• Right to Nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise your rights under the DPDP Act in case of death or incapacity.
