License & Usage Policy

Please review these template license terms carefully. Every template purchase or subscription pass on Digivite.in is subject to this digital usage agreement.

1. Single Event Invitation License

Individual template purchases (Single Template Access starting from ₹99; standard price ₹199) grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to create, customize, and publish one invitation website for a single personal celebration (e.g., one wedding or one birthday). The license is valid for 120 days from the transaction date. Reusing a single purchase across separate events or distinct couples is strictly prohibited.

2. Pro Pass (All-Access) & Beta Tester Usage

The Pro Pass (₹699 for 120 days) allows you to create and host unlimited invitation websites for your personal or immediate family events throughout the 120-day validity period across all templates. Enrolled Beta Testers enjoy complete unrestricted access for the designated 90-day beta testing period.

3. Prohibited Commercial Re-distribution

You may not rip, extract source code, resell, bundle, or distribute any Digivite templates, animations, or styling on third-party marketplaces or hosting services. All template code and visual assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Digivite.in.

4. Guest Attendance Data Rights

The host is the sole Data Fiduciary of guest attendance submissions logged on their dashboard. You represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from your guests before collecting their attendance details.
